VAT invoice request from the Range

I have been contacting the Range daily in an effort to raise a VAT invoice from them for goods we have paid for and received. They say contact the telephone number supplied which sends you continually around loops of 1-3, or send a message via the web help, this is useless and will ask you what you want then wont proceed until you tell them something is wrong with the goods.

I require an invoice for our VAT return which is a legal requirement but they make it impossible to obtain.

Presumably the buyer was a VAT registered entity?
