    I reckon so! You can only pay the fee by phoning the CNBC at 8.30am when they will answer.

    You can't pay it on MCOL because you are not using MCOL for the defence or counterclaim.  It's all done by email.  Also double check with them that your attached defence and counterclaim has been received and doesn't exceed their size limit.

    Sorry I just saw the last comment.
    I could not make a counter claim. I tried to reach them by phone for 2 days to deposit the money for the counterclaim.But I couldn’t.
