    Thanks @Coupon-mad. One of the claims is for parking in a spot on a shop front opposite the gym I was attending (the shop was closed) and the other is for parking on the car park for gym users, both POC state "unauthorised vehicle". Would I just state on both WS's that I was using the gym?

    Would I just add a bit more detail to para 8?

    Are you only at WS stage for one of the 2 claims?

    Both from the same Claimant, about the same car, same defendant, similar accusation only a slightly different space at the gym location?

    I don't think para 9 makes sense unless both claims are alleging overstay? Are they?

    You should add Henderson v Henderson and copy the usual point made about 2 claims.

    Both claims are separate, and I haven't received a court date for either yet so aren't at WS stage for either at the moment! Just trying to get prepared as this will be the next step as I can see on MCOL it has been allocated to my local court...

    Both from the same Claimant, about the same car, same defendant, similar accusation only a slightly different space at the gym location?
    Same claimant, different vehicles, same defendant, same accusation ("unauthorised vehicle"), different location (one on shop front over the road, the other on the car park for the gym).

    Henderson v Henderson was referenced in my Defence so will also add to my WS.

    Afternoon all. Quick update;

    Hearing paperwork received in the post.

    - Hearing date - 15th July @ 10am
    - Court fee due to be paid by 17th June @ 4pm

    By my calculations my witness statement deadline is 30th June. Is that correct?

    Obviously that's not your fee to pay!  We have to say that..  you'd be surprised...

    Thanks, I know it’s there’s to pay but have read many times people think it is for them to do 😅 I’m planning to sit tight and see if the court fee is paid, if so I will put my WS together in the 2 weeks before the deadline.

    Little earlier than expected, but “Without prejudice save as to costs” email received this morning - £100 offered to settled.

    Update - "Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track" received yesterday for the second claim. Hearing date 31st July, witness statements and evidence required 14 days before hearing date, court fee due by 3rd July.

    Will take the same approach with this and prepare WS after I've seen if the court fee has been paid.
