Booking.com refunds

Options
Booked a property in March. Owner failed to grant us access and Booking.com cancelled and refunded the cost. I had paid security deposit direct to the property and the owner refuses to answer calls or messages asking for it back. Received an email from Booking.com on 10th saying they would refund it and I would have the cash in 5 days. Still waiting and they are now not responding to messages. Any tips on how to escalate ? Went on Twitter but all I did was encourage loads of scammers to contact me.
