At my wits' end here! Trying to verify my account as they gave me another 3 months free trial, but I have to enter my card details.

All very well and good, but when I enter my details they aren't being verified. Why? Because my name on my address and name on the card are slightly different (card has my middle initial and title, address doesn't), but it keeps reverting to the name on my address, therefore the card is not being verified.

BUT I can't change the name on my delivery address until my card has been verified!

I feel like screaming, please tell me why I went back to them again?

Like asea said, I would phone them up. I had trouble signing up with LoveFilm and the staff were very helpful and informative. Signed up, then, no problem. I guess, in your case, the human will be able to see all your details and that they match up except for a silly little error and should be able to solve the problem themselves.

I called and they said that they had my details and to wait 24 hours when it clearly states on the site it should take one hour.

Email support said to re enter my details without spaces (which I did in the first place, three times, and it's still not showing as verified)
