Obtaining keeper detail

So hypothetically if a parking contravention occured on a site contralled via ANPR which limits to 10minutes grace period on weekends and 3 contraventions occured, am i correct in saying they will have to obtain keeper details 3 seperate times from DVLA or will the one time for the day will do? The parking company is very easy to beat and ive beat them 20+ times in the last 4 months but I feel they may just kept my details saved as one of the pcn was issued the same day as the contravention which would not be possible as you have until 11:59pm on the day to register vehicle before a ticket can be issued. I forget sometimes hence why i get all the tickets

1 event, 1 look up with DVLA.If you are parking somewhere you are not supposed to and are defeating the PPC when you get the usual rubbish through the post , please dont park there - park somewhere else or obtain permission from the landowner to use their car parkFrom the Plain Language Commission:

The KADOE contract with the DVLA and the parking company requires that keeper details are looked up each and every time plus each lookup must be paid for, so each and every time, not once per batch1

Hypothetically it is allowed to park there and has been doing so for the past 4 years. The plate is usually entered on the syetem which covers the days it is parked but somedays it forgotten toHalf_way said:1 event, 1 look up with DVLA.If you are parking somewhere you are not supposed to and are defeating the PPC when you get the usual rubbish through the post , please dont park there - park somewhere else or obtain permission from the landowner to use their car park1 -
Thought so. I believe this PPC has stored my details as it’s impossible a parking notice same day of contravention to be issued when it was in the evening and had another few hours to register plate so it woulve been issued next day at earliest. Gonna send a sar to confirm my suspicionsGr1pr said:The KADOE contract with the DVLA and the parking company requires that keeper details are looked up each and every time plus each lookup must be paid for, so each and every time, not once per batch0 -

Or maybe they looked at your previous actions, knew you wouldn't register your plate that evening, and thought they'd just get on with it

Honestly, I don't think they will have done it wrong. In 15 years of doing this I can't recall any case when a PPC didn't apply to the DVLA for each PCN. I always see that as a rabbit-hole. No need to go down it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Car forgets to register the plate sometimes but does have a legitimate reason to use car park multiple times a day. But will do a SAR just to make sure.MeteredOut said:

Figured out the issue. Vehicle was registered on the database on the day of contravention as the vehicle was onsite later and would defo 100% got ticket via ANPR if it wasn’t registered. Turns out someone decided to photograph the vehicle during the 2 hours free exemption onsite. They said it was attached on the window but cant prove it. Either way its gettijt cancelled as they arent pofa complaint anyways 😂Coupon-mad said:Honestly, I don't think they will have done it wrong.
