    Dear All - I have now received the attached from Debt Recovery Plus - with an enclosed letter which states that the 2015 Supreme Court ruling: Private Parking Charges are lawful and enforceable are relevant to my case and that I should get legal advise if i intend to go to court. 

    Any support will be hugely appreciated.

    You've lost the right to pay them their fake invoice so now they're sending a further fake invoice for more money and threatening that it may rise to even more, plus threatening you regarding mortgages/loans/etc.
    This is the biggest (ongoing) scam in the country.
