PLEASE HELP! London Tribunal TFL appeal

Hey all, I have made formal representations against this PCN which was rejected, attached is rejection letter. My initial appeal was very simple and just a request to have the PCN reverted to £80 as I wasn't driving at the time and driver never bothered to passed the windscreen PCN to me. I just wanted to settle at a more affordable figure and end the matter. I am now looking to appeal this to the London Tribunals so if anyone knows any reason I can use to have this PCN cancelled by the tribunal I would be greatly appreciative. Apparently after this tribunal appeal was successful (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xokOkjdoJf0e5CBjBP7smnErCrMxps0m/view) it opens a precedent which will allow others to follow suit.

Yh I have for like 2 weeks and it's not free because some guy PMs me and offers me £40 to fight it. So it's either £80 to the TFL or £40 to another punter. I accept he's helping however it shouldn't be called 'Free' traffic legal advice because it's actually a paid service.0

I've never seen that happen before. Is the person one with multiple posts to his name? Refer it to a FTLA moderator and ask if it is legit.Jono_56B said:Yh I have for like 2 weeks and it's not free because some guy PMs me and offers me £40 to fight it. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Seems you only posted your thread on FTLA yesterday (31/04). I'd be patient and await any input on the thread itself. As you've had no public comments, I'd be reporting the poster who's asked you for £40 to help.Jono_56B said:Yh I have for like 2 weeks and it's not free because some guy PMs me and offers me £40 to fight it.
