Ulster bank loyalty saver 5.2% missing from MSE top savings accounts page

I noticed the above savings account and wondered why its not showing on the MSE savings top savings accounts top picks page? Thanks,

It could be because you need to hold a current account with them ?
Unusual to not at least get a special mention, even if that's the case.1 -
Possibly also because unless you have a certain amount (£5k IIRC) it earns a lesser rate of interest. It is sometimes included in other savings tables from MSE but maybe those peculiarities rule it out of the easy access one?1

Many have been put of by negative reports concerning Ulster Bank. The loyalty saver used to be available without a current account, and was difficult to operate in isolation.0
