Bear in mind the "100% pre-approval" needs to be taken with a pinch of salt. You won't know for certain until you make a formal application and it's been processed.In terms of which deal is best for you, only you can answer that - it's a balance between the interest-free period and the fee. If you'll be able to repay the lot in 12 months then the no-fee card is the obvious choice.
