Morning all, thanks Scarlet. It's cloudy and rained a bit during the night, I think it's a bit warmer.Roast dinner last night was good, DH commented that we hadn't had one for ages. I mainly pottered about, phoned a friend to arrange a visit from me this week and read one of the books DS1 bought me for Mothers day.A bit of admin work for DH once he comes back in from checking a few things on the job, hopefully the brickies are there. Leftover curry tonight, nice and easy.RR poor Rob , that sounds gross. Hope he's better soon.Gers, never heard of a tree bumblebee, will have to look it up nowThinking of you Nan.Well done on the sale Florence!Take care all x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. Here's the tree bumblebee on my window ledge. It had been trapped upstairs for what I assume to be a couple of hours so needed a bit of time to re-energise itself.6

Morning everyone
Florenceem I've had a lie in too this morning, little one woke me at 20 past 5 yesterday morning - she said later 'granny you were a bit grumpy when I said good morning!'
We had a lovely sunny day on Saturday - I had little ones' sunflowers and a bean, she planted at Alnwick Gardens, to put in bigger pots so she helped with that. Then I had a general tidy outside while she decorated the paving stones with chalk pictures.
Yesterday it rained most of the day. We went down to mam and dads in the morning, then played games and read books after lunch. Also did her homework and her school reading. She was very excited to go home to see the new kitten, she's usually saying she wants to stay longer, but not yesterday! She will have been excited to get to school this morning to tell her teacher and friends.
I have a few jobs to do this morning, including ironing which I could have done yesterday but didn't. Once little one had gone home I had a read and a nice long chat with eldest DD. She was busy packing - next Sunday she's going to Vietnam and then Hong Kong for work, she's away 10 days. Then she'll fly back to Germany and then go to Corfu the next day to a pole dancing holiday! Who would have thought there would be such a thing...
Right better move, hope everyone has a good day x8 -
