I have some cash locked away on some fixed term higher interest accounts, and currently having some cashflow issues. I could forgo the internet on these, but figured I could also take advantage of one of the zero interest cards.

I took out a Barclaycard with an "upto 21 months" interest free on purchases for help with the issue.  However I can't find anywhere that actually states this, I have it set up for online banking and had a pole around.  It doesn't mention it in any of the paperwork that came with the card.  The "upto" is of course the concern..

Anyone know?  I did try phoning the number on the back of the card that says "for help anytime.."  but it's not actually any time..

This is what I see online.....as you can see I'm not being offered anything and haven't been for a few years.

Have you checked the Barclay card statement. My credit cards always show what amounts I have outstanding at what interest and for offers when the end date.

It does say I can find this on a statement , I don't have any statements, as I haven't spent on it. It seems I need to spend to get a statement, which seems counter intuitive, I want to know that before I spend.

Maybe just make a small payment of perhaps £10 to a statement generated and hopefully that will show your current promotional offers. Although i  would have thought you would have got a letter to confirm your offer terms perhaps either by post or in your online messages inbox?

When you filled in the online application was there a fact sheet available to download?
I've applied for Barclaycard and was told to wait 5 working days. I wouldn't expect to get the info pack until I've activated the card once it arrives.
