Lyca Mobile - A Warning - Other Peoples' Credit Cards Appear In My Account !!!

We first started using Lyca Mobile in December 2023. We have 3 sim cards with them. One started December 2023, two more in March 2024. Direct debits were set up for each sim during the registration.

In April, we received emails from Lyca saying that they couldn't take payment for the two sims set up in March. We paid the debt using a credit card and re-set up the Direct Debits as, after checking our bank account the original Direct debits set up during registration were not there.

I received another email from Lyca this morning, 28/4/2024 ( 14 minutes past midnight to be precise ! ) saying that they could take Aprils'  payment for the Direct Debit set up in December 2023. Upon checking this DD with my bank, I could see the last payment for this had been taken in March.

Each time I had a payment issue, I logged into my online Lyca account and at some point, between December 2023 and April 2024 I noticed Lyca Mobile started using a company call "Adyen N.V." to handle the payments.

I logged in this morning to Lyca to see is the Direct Debit for the December 2023 sim was still set up there, and No, it's not there any more. What IS there are two credit cards neither of which are mine. Even though one uses MY name the other uses someone else's name.

This is very worrying. I hope this doesn't mean that my bank account information is appearing on another persons' account.
