Land Rover on finance with Engine failure

Hello. How did you get on with this. I have a Landrover discovery sport 2020 model and I’m at my wits end with it. We had to replace a turbo in July and an enormous cost and now there appears to be an electrical fault and not even a Landrover specialist can assist with. Contacted finance company today.0

If you had paid it outright you would be in the same position.
The finance company have just allowed you to pay other time
It is not their responsibility to repair the car
You would have paid for a car, which has developed a fault, unless it was sold with a fault but it its a possibly 5 year old car0 -

If they can get that, then the credit company is jointly liable with the retailer. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

until all payments are made and the agreement is settled Minkeymag_2 may be the registered keeper but the car legally belongs to the finance company so they have a vested interest here0 -

No way will you get a report saying it was faulty when bought 29 months ago.
5 years finance on a car that is a unknown age, but guessing at least 3 years old on purchase.
Another OP post that has no details of the car at all...Life in the slow lane0
