Outfox The Market nightmare
I swiched from npower to OTM for my elderly sick mother because it was supposed to be much cheaper, to my horror I found out that they charged her thousands a month, in over 30 years with BG and npower never ever see anything like this, my mother is over 90 with heart failure and she was being robbed blind, tried to speak to them but they don't seem to uderstand or care, truly unbelievable, it was my biggest mistake changing to OTM, never had a problem before with previous suppliers, after more than 30 years with other suplliers we have an idea how much energy is being used, nor heating is off most of the time, what kind of company would do this to anyonelet alone an elderly vulnerable customer with serious heart condition?

Let's have some hard facts please. Shall we start with when your mum became an OFM customer and the meter reads then and now.
A copy of a bill would be good - blank out all the personal info
Edit - is your mum registered as vulnerable with OFM ? Do you have permission to speak to OFM on her behalf ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
nPower hasn't existed as a residential supplier since the start of 2019.0
