I laugh out loud when I'm a passenger in a car with a friend and she wants to find a car park in a town where she's driving through streets full of free or cheap (no ANPR risk) parking...
I've no idea why people do it.
It is an important lesson NOT to look for a car park, to park.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
