Recc for ISA transfer

I am trying to keep our finances a bit more simple and hassle free whilst still getting good returns.
I have a lump sum cash isa from previous years over £20K that is is now getting a poor rate. I am looking for peoples recent good experiences of a seamless transfer to an established provider that offers something decent ie 4.6% or above for a year.

Most cash to cash ISA transfers will proceed seamlessly. However, there will always be someone for whom that isn’t true.Sometimes it’s easier to open a new ISA with an institution where you already hold an account. But most will be able to verify you electronically. Usually, xfers from & to providers which both use electronic rather than paper, are completed within a couple of days.My advice would be - pick one of the providers offering the highest rate & go for it.0

Ensure the new provider accepts transfers-in and use their process to execute the transfer.0
