Morning all, it's been a sunny ,blowy day so far. Just got back from DGS football, and it was very chilly.DS2 and the Gkids are off on holiday to warmer climes with friends for a week tomorrow, I won't know what to do with myself with no pick ups
They are going from Liverpool airport so we swapped vans this morning, and DH is now giving the work van a good clean
Ooh RR, I want a Chinese now, trouble is there isn't a decent one round here.I put a loaf in the bm before we went out this morning, as the menfolk have nearly finished the one from Thursday and I'm trying not to buy bread. Our time with VMedia ended yesterday but we haven't had the box to return the equipment or any correspondence, and they're still telling us how much the bill for next month is. DH has cancelled the DD, the lady he cancelled with a month ago said there'd be about £9 outstanding so we'll see.Hope you all have a good Saturday x

Hi all and thanks for the start @Chrisca50 - a wet, cold start here too.
Early start as per usual on a Saturday at FC - I do Pay - then got my eyebrows threaded. I'm away next weekend on DIL2Bs hen weekend in Valetta - looking forward to some warmth!
DH and his camping buddies had 40mph winds last night in Pembrokeshire - he said they didn't get much sleep! They are off for a walk this afternoon to a NT place nearby.
I've been industrious at home as I don't have a car this weekend. Two loads of washing done, DW put on and emptied, changed the water filter, made some (SW-friendly) savoury muffins, cleaned out the fridge, took delivery of the weekly food shop, have the SC on with a gammon for dinner, and have done some general life admin. An elderly relative is causing my mum some anxiety so have written a cease and desist letter as POA for mum. Hoping it does the trick but won't hold my breath. I just want a quiet life for us all.
I'm out later with the camping wives - prosecco and charcuterie - very posh. What's not posh is getting the bus there and back!!
Lovely to hear of a new kitten @dp1 x
I feel your pain @RedRuby1231 - family can be very cruel sometimes x
Have a good day all,
Coxy
