Utility Warehouse unfair deals , existing Vs new customers

I have been a customer of utility warehouse for over 20 years and have 3 accounts . I am quite cross that a new user can receive ultra plus broadband at £30 when I am paying over £40 ( twice as on 2 accounts ) . I believe just like banks & insurance companies that utility companies should also play fair with existing customers

This is one reason I avoid companies offering bundled services. It makes it less straightforward to get the best deals on the different services.
