Samsung A13 will not turn on

I have tried all the suggestion on the internet but still no joy. I have tried power on and volume down but when Indo get to samsung logo, it says connect your charger then nothing happens. Can anybody advise pl! Thanks

    Did you connect the charger?  Try leaving it connected to the charger for several hours before trying to turn it on.
