You should state in your appeal that not only was the NTK not PoFA compliant, but that the images provided are from two separate visits which have been erroneously counted as one single visit. It's called double dipping where the ANPR scamera software is (in my opinion, deliberately) set to pair the first entry photo' with that from the last exit.
You should make a separate complaint about this to the PPC, the landowner, the DVLA, and your MP. Include dashcam footage/stills to prove it was two visits if you have it and therefore the PPC had no right to obtain and process your personal data, nor issue a spurious PCN. Include this DPA breach in your complaints.
When the PPC whitewashes it, complain to the BPA.
I would leave out mention of auto pay unless it shows payment was made for each and every visit. You don't want a missing payment to support the PPC's claim that this was one long visit, not two short ones.

Glad you found it now.
Obviously your PPC is not APCOA though.
Although at the very bottom of the NEWBIES thread it says to use the 'red' search button that's at the top of every page, I can only find a 'red' Create New button or the magnifying glass in the forum banner.
What am I not understanding?
Many thanks0 -
HI @Coupon-mad I re did the search after posting above and found this:
Group thread for Heathrow and Gatwick drop off PCNs
No idea why it didn't come up in previous several attempts as I cut and pasted the bold words...
Anyhow It seems to be the correct one but only covers sensible drivers, not ones like myself who have to already given far too much info as they expected their appeal to be straight forward (paid against incorrect car reg) BUT had their appeal rejected AARGH!
My only defence for being so naive is that I have been very unwell, hence the initial incorrect drop off payment...
Should I just try the standard response as if I were the keeper and see what happens?
Has anyone else had a similar issue? I have looked but not found one yet.
Many thanks as ever for all and any advice
