DJP form for joint tenancy

Hello,
my elderly Mum has recently passed away and ive had joint tenancy with her on our property since 2014. Mum has a will but i dont think i need to go through probate. My sister and i are executors on my Mum's will. So, will sending a death certificate suffice when filling in Q.4 on the form?
