Unfair ULEZ charges

I 554 thank you very much thank you very much have been charged wrongly for ULEZ since 2022 September.despite of my appeals, legal representations, sending PS2 and PS3 forms, they have send bailiffs twice to my house and charges were accumulated up to £7000(including the final court charges for appeals) for 14 PCNs, they issued.it was mentally, physically and emotionally draining me over a 1 1/2 years despite of my every efforts sending them all the documents.Transport for London has poorly trained staff and they have malfunction system that does not compare evidence together.when they finally send me the last warning that I have to pay for them or appeal individually for 14 PCNs costing over £200 for each appeal, gentleman on my local forum suggested to contact my local MP.I send MP all the evidence and within few days he contacted,TfL and got them all cancelled except two.he involved again and finally got them two cancelled aswell.but if it was not my MP they would not have done anything and penalised me for their mistake.they were misreading my private number plate and issued more than 30 PCNs including my original plate.i had to appeal all the time.
It’s all sorted now thanks to my MP,but I believe I deserved more from them, because of the torture they have given me over the years and my time and money I spend on this.i have not even received a appology from them.I am a cancer and hypertension patient and if has made a huge impact on my health that they seems not care.i have complained them twice (have evidence)before i ask help from my MP,but I have not received any reply so far.
Sorry for the long story here, but would like to ask if I have right to ask for compensation for money and time I’ve spend over this and the mental distraught it has cause me.I was so furious with TFL that they do not care about other people’s feelings and time and money and if I don’t do something ,they are going to do this to others as well. They have wasted their money as well referring them to court and sending bayliffs, despite I have already send the evidence.has anyone come cross similar situation.thank you in advance.

You can make a claim against TfL for any data breaches, for example where they have unlawfully obtained and processed you data due to registration mark misreads. The going rate where successful seems to be about £250 per breach, and you don't need to prove any financial loss, only that your data has been unlawfully mishandled.
You can issue the claim online yourself, but you need to issue a letter of/before claim (a warning that you intend to claim) first.
You could then ask for costs for unreasonable behaviour on top of the data breach compensation.
I've never done it but I'm sure the information on how to do this can be found online.
There are some legally qualified posters on here who may be able to guide you as well.
Some local solicitors offer a free half hour of advice, so it might be worth contacting one of them. Do watch out for no win-no fee offers as the terms and conditions sometimes mean they will take a share of the winnings.
In addition, you may be able to get advice on the Free Traffic Advice forum (Free Traffic Legal Advice - Index (ftla.uk) or on pepipoo.com as they specialise in council and police motoring matters, whereas we specialise in private parking issues on this forum.
