FIRSTPORT- ONLY WAY NOW IS LEGAL ACTION- CAN WE GET TOGETHER TO CROWDFUND THIS


I am in receipt of the "RESPONSE" from FirstPort that TPO forwarded to me and now write further to my email of 20 April attaching my fully annotated analysis showing that
THIS IS A TOTALLY DISMISSIVE , DISRESPECTFUL , , SLIPSHOD , NON-COMPREHENDING, FACTUALLY INACCURATE- based on "Beliefs and no evidence) AND, IN MANY PARTS, DOWNRIGHT UNTRUTHFUL “RESPONSE” MADE WITHOUT ANSWERING ONE OF THE FORMAL EVIDENCED COMPLAINTS I HAVE MADE TO FP FOR OVER 2 YEARS WITHOUT REDRESS OR RESPONSE – INCLUDING THE POINTS ALREADY ACCEPTED BY FP OF TPO FINDINGS OF FP MANY BREACHES OF TPO GMO AND ARMA CHARTER AND ARHMA CODES OF CONDUCT IN THEIR HANDLING OF MY COMPLAINTS RE ABUSE BY DM PRIOR TO INFORMING ME OF FORMAL COMPLAINTS PROCESS ON 9 JULY 2022.
TO this day I have received no response whatsoever to my written and formal complaints to FirstPort re the written accusations/ defamation of me by FP Development Manager and his following threats and banning of my communications and further violations of my human rights/ duty of care by FirstPort.. I have had no response to Formal Complaint (Removed by Forum Team) CLT/Stage 1 Complaint/Development Manager/(Removed by Forum Team). made in July 2022
FP so called Response IS NOT EVEN FULLY TITLED or ADDRESSED or DATED OR SIGNED..
CLEARLY ABSOLUTELY NO DUE DILIGENCE HAS BEEN DONE OR SIGNED OFF BY A HIGH LEVEL MANAGER OR DIRECTOR OF FP.
FP even states it has no access to any FP records of evidenced Formal complaints and therefore the response is totally invalid based on nothing but the "Beliefs" of the writer and regurgitation of the very complaints policies that I have cited in showing FP's own non- compliance and as also shown by TPO findings up to August 2022 and which lack of response to Formal Complaints are still ongoing. I have received no preliminary Response to formal Stage 1 Complaints made in Sept 2023 including one re Lack of Duty of Care.

Sorry, but I have no idea who FirstPort are and your post does nothing to enlighten me on either what they do or what your problem is with them.
I assume that this is just a vent, in which case you are on the correct board, but if you are genuinely looking to start or publicise a campaign then there is a specific 'campaigns corner' of the forum that you may be better off getting this moved to.

I think you need to take a step back, unset the caps lock button and start again from the beginning.
To be slightly blunt, but if your communications with the organisations in question have been of a similar style it may be at least partially understandable how they too have struggled to resolve issues to your satisfaction.
It seems you've had some form of complaint about a property managing agent... so presumably you are a leaseholder?
You dont have to have a solicitor to take the freeholder to a tribunal, if you want one then look for any legal expenses cover you may hold such as with your Home insurance or a Union etc as they may cover such disputes.6 -

For what it's worth...- FirstPort (FP) - is the name of a Residential Leasehold Block Management company
- TPO - is probably "The Property Ombudsman" - a redress scheme for handling consumer complaints. FirstPort is a member of "The Property Ombudsman Scheme".
- GMO - is probably "General Membership Obligations" - So TPO GMO means the rules that members of the scheme should be following. (i.e. rules that FirstPort should be following.)
- ARMA - is a professional body for residential managing agents. FirstPort is a member of ARMA.
- Charter - is probably the ARMA Consumers Charter. So members of ARMA should be adhering to the charter. (i.e. FirstPort should be adhering to the charter)
@SUSIANNA - it sounds like you're saying you made some complaints to FirstPort, and you were unhappy with their response.
And I'm not sure, but I think you're saying that you complained to the Property Ombudsman who upheld your complaints. But you're saying FirstPort are ignoring the Property Ombudsman's decision.
If so;...- What was your complaint to FirstPort?
- What do you feel that FirstPort has done wrong?
- What do you want FirstPort to do, in order to put it right?
And/or...- What was your complaint to the Property Ombudsman?
- What was the Property Ombudsman's decision?
- What did the Property Ombudsman say FirstPort should do to put things right?

I agree about the 'shouting' and the lack of clarity when the OP says 'ONLY WAY NOW IS LEGAL ACTION

Maybe the OP could come back and explain exactly what the issue is and with whom.
And what the 'legal action' he/she expects to happen

So basically, you want a bunch of strangers to contribute/help towards the cost of some legal action that you wont elaborate on
If you are that outraged and sure of your position, crack on yourself and let us know the outcome
If it is against a property management company - are there not other residents also affected that you could band together with ?2 -

Despite a number of posters saying they have no idea what your issue is, you appear to have just reposted the same thing instead of clarifying your complaint.
