Hi
I dropped to 4 days in January- from 37hrs to 32hrs
in April my company announced redundancies
A long shot.....
Will my redundancy be based on 4 or 5 days?

It will be based on your current terms.2
-
is it statutory or contractual redundancy terms?
If stat then the salary is based on "the average you earned per week over the 12 weeks before the day you got your redundancy notice." so most/all would be based on your 32 hours
