Hello, I understand I can get £50 cashback as explained here
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/content/mse/msecom/en-gb/content/overlay/raisin-savings-products/paragon-easy-access/
In addition to that, Raisin promises £50 to refer a friend (£50 for me and £50 for them). Is this the same offer or can I get £50 as cashback + £50 for every friend that I successfully refer?
Also, can my friends use the referral + the cashback code?

If you search this forum for threads about Raisin, you'll see they're the last company you'd want acting as a middleman between you and your easy access cash.0

To be fair I have used Raisin for years now and to date, never had a problem. I currently have several accounts open with them. Two sides to every story.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.1 -

Also, are these £50 reward payments taxable?0

They aren't the best, I added money with a joint account but when the notice account closed I struggled to get the funds off, it kept bouncing. The same happened when they tried to pay me compensation. It worked when I withdrew manually but not through any automated means, they use a Starling back end system which seems to be a bit average. Although I could fund them with a sole account in future, I won't be bothering.0

My six months with Paragon matured yesterday and I was pleased to see my £50 bonus added to my Raisin transaction account.
I decided to close my paragon account which should take 2 business days.
Today I have received my paragon balance in my raisin account but no accrued closing interest as promised in the t & c's.
Balance in termination document from paragon is £10246.36 but balance transfer to Raisin is £10211.24
Anyone else had this problem ?

Mine should be maturing today, but I cannot log in due to a technical problem.
@topcat105, what do you mean by accrued closing interest?
