Bought a Detect Pro cordless model direct from Shark 15/11/2023. Its had light use as also have another vac for upstairs. I've noticed a build up of dust and debris in an inaccessible part of the cannister. Shark customer services say it doesnt affect suction but it looks unpleasant and I'm concerned it could turn mouldy.
Shark would not offer me a refund (no refund after 30 dys) instead have offered to send me a replacement dust cap but I don't think it will solve the problem.
Can I insist on a refund ?
Anyone else got the same issue?

Looking unsightly is not a reason to refund or replace if it still does the job it is meant to.sandollar said:Bought a Detect Pro cordless model direct from Shark 15/11/2023. Looks unsightly but nothing to worry about, and not a valid reason for rejection.1
