The NEWBIES thread already tells you that people who lose at hearings pay LESS THAN THE CLAIM.

The Claimant is obviously not the solicitor.

Apologies, that was a stupid question. I’m rushing and panicking as I’ve only seen the letter on the last day!
Thank you for that clarification, I’ve sent off the email so will see what happens.

As above (in bold) is your next step when they send the reply that we don't want to see (please do not show us their reply ... we never need to again).
