Experian Report Reporting a Loan I don't have - Identity Theft?

I signed up for Clearscore, (thank you Phoenix72), and got a lot more information back compared to Experian. I have now identified the loan as the credit agreement with the pet insurer.
The pet insurer failed to auto renew in error so my dog was uninsured for a period. I had to pay what wasn't taken in order to comply with "continuous insurance" and then restart the insurance. They also emailed to advise that they had neglected to tell me about changes (detrimental) with my policy. I will be moving insurers as soon as I can. Luckily, I have never had to claim and my dog has had no illnesses or accidents. I have another pet policy for my other dog which I pay monthly which isn't a credit agreement. I was so stressed finding out that my dog had been uninsured I just wanted to get cover reinstated asap. I also know that previous years with the insurer, and paying monthly there hasn't been a credit agreement.
