Axs - selling tickets?

Hey guys,
Bit of a mix up here, but we have two tickets for a show at the o2 which we can't use.
I can see you can sell via Axs, but not sure what happens if the tickets don't sell?!
Is that the only way to get something for these tickets these days?
Can't believe this really, they were purchased two years ago, first we got the year wrong and had childcare arranged (thankfully family!), now we've gone and booked a holiday starting on the day of the event!
Clearly not meant to be!
