Amazon customer asking for invoice!

I sold an old cd on my amazon private seller account around 4 months ago but rarely use the account and use other sites instead.
A customer is asking for an invoice and is becoming very persistent on the order page it asks me if i want to upload an invoice?
Any ideas what i can do to provide this for them or what i should say because i'm not a business seller and the item they had off me was worth £3.

Just explain that they can download an invoice from their order page on Amazon, but you can't supply one. Then just keep sending the same message if they ask again until they get bored.

Doesn’t always work. I sometimes get an Amazon message to say that they can’t supply an invoice for an order and I need to request one directly from the seller.
I wouldn’t bother for a small order because you still have the order page for your records, but just wondering if something like that is where it’s coming from.
I haven’t worked out yet the difference between those orders and all the other ones where an invoice is easily available online.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Not sure if it will work but i notice the packing slip has an invoice on it so i have scanned and uploaded it to them i was thinking they were asking about vat invoices for some reason so might of misread their request.

You can just create an invoice and attach it in a message.
A basic document with your name, address, item details, order number, amount paid, their details and the date would work.
