Could I use the address of the property I own on my Will rather than where I currently live?

Hi, I am currently living with my boyfriend who owns his house. I have my own property solely under my name but I don't l live there (I intend to keep it for a long time and may even move back there). On my Will could I use the address of my own property? I don't know if/ how long this relationship will last and I just want to avoid having to update my Will because of a change of address. Hope someone could advise/ suggest. Thank you.

Use whichever address you prefer - there is no need to update a will each time you change address. Perhaps use the address at which you are registered for council tax?#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Hi,
There is no need to have the address of the testator on a will at all.
Providing the address you put on the will is related to you and doesn't have someone else with the same name as you living there then it will be fine.0 -
Please tell me you are going to use a proper solicitor, who should be able to explain it all and advise.2
