For native wildflowers, I like to use https://www.naturescape.co.uk/ for plugs. 

Excellent range, the plugs have always been a good quality, and when I had some questions re what to go for and density etc their customer service/advice was top notch. 

I've also previously gotten a few (more unusual) seeds from https://www.chilternseeds.co.uk/
