Hi please can anyone help? Booked a package holiday with this company 5 weeks ago. House we booked wasn’t available/ when I spoke to house owner she said she only wanted 2 week bookings but the website had let us book a week.
5 weeks later and I still don’t have a new house / every house they select is not available. They are telling me that my flights are non-refundable.
Any ideas? Thank you

Did LM go as far as confirming the house booking?
I'd have thought that once they've done that, failure to deliver it (or a suitable alternative) would necessitate a refund, or conversely if they didn't go as far as confirming then you should be entitled to your money back as the contract hadn't been formed.

If it’s a package, and one element fails, then you’re entitled to a refund for the whole lot.
Do you have confirmation from last minute, that it is a package? ATOL certificate? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Most package T&Cs (and the Package Travel Regulations) will allow them to change the accommodation to the same area/resort and of the same standard.elsien said:If it’s a package, and one element fails, then you’re entitled to a refund for the whole lot.

However if LM are saying they can't find alternative accommodation, then absolutely a full refund is due, assuming it was all booked together as a package.0 -
Valid point, however I was basing my reply on the OP saying that there were no alternatives. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
