It seems to me that the CNBC sent an N180 DQ to you on the 14th May and its not been completed and submitted

I suggest that you download the form ASAP and fill it in

I am not convinced about that....

The N180 form should come with the N149A form, which I have not received... either by e-mail or, more importantly through the post.

Unless I have totally misunderstood the procedure that is....

The N180 is posted by letter post by the CNBC to your home address, not emailed

The one thing that I am convinced by in my reply was based on your own copy and paste of the claim history above it back on page one , which shows that the claimant filed their DQ and you have not

I do get what you are saying, however...

The only DQ I have received to date is the one e-mailed early to me by DCBL.

I have not received one in the post.  Or does that not matter?

The CNBC are stating that it was sent to you and you have failed to meet the reply deadline, so the sanctions are against YOU for not submitting it

It was presumed to be delivered 2 working days after they posted it to you

That is the issue then... I never actually got that snail mail post.

I will submit the DQ then...  Although without the N149A form I do not know where to send the e-mail for the court....
