Get a solicitor's opinion of the Will?1

They get legal advice as to the wording? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Is this hypothetical or real?
Was the original will drawn up by a solicitor or by non-legally qualified party and how wooly is the area in dispute? I am guessing the wording is not clear if there are grounds for interpretation, the amount is significant if both parties are already involving solicitors and there is already bad blood between both parties if they cannot come to a reasonable agreement.

If it’s disputed how long can any funds be held on till is there a time limit ?0

Would they agree on a solicitor to consult together - agreeing on the person to consult and to follow their interpretation, without knowing an advance what that person would say? It would probably be a lot cheaper than going to court!
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

How have the solicitors that have been consulted suggested the matter be resolved. Normally they will guide their clients towards a pragmatic cost effective resolution.0

Was the will drawn up by a solicitor, and do they have note showing what the intention was?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
