Civil National Business Centre CCJs

I could really do with some advice because I am at a loss as to how to contact this court. My Clearscore alerted me to a change to my report in February and I was gobsmacked to see a CCJ from the CNBC added to it, I instantly called them up but could not get through despite waiting for an hour on the phone. I tried them multiple times over the course of a couple of weeks and had the same experience. A month later a second CCJ was added with a larger amount from the same court. I did not receive any letters from the court, I moved addressed in August last year and can see that the CCJs are attached to my previous address. What are my options given the court is not responding and I have no details apart from the supposed debt amount that I owe. Thank you.

Email is the best way to contact them, ask for particulars of each claim.

They appear to be not answering phone or emails at the moment. Not very satisfactory, particularly given the number of dodgy ccjs being obtained by private parking companies.
Try anyway, but if you can find someone helpful at your local court, they have access to the same database1
