Zinsser B-I-N Primer Sealer Spray Paint White without mask

I was trying to save some money by trying to fix a water ingress stain on my wall but failed to read the read the instructions properly.

I used half a can without a mask (although held my breath and had goggles) before I used a proper filtration mask for the remainder of the can. I opened a window but it wasn't great ventilation

I did get a slight headache but am now paranoid I've caused irreversible damage to my lungs. Will I be OK?

Serves me right for not doing proper prep/research I guess

Whilst you should ideally wear a mask you will not have caused any long term harm by failing to do so. It takes many years of exposure to most toxic chemicals to cause any lasting effects. Personal protective equipment is routinely used in paintshops in manufacturing but that is for workers on shifts. Domestic exposure is minimal and you have a bit of a headache from that which soon clears.

What is the solvent in the paint?  And which mask did you use?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
