Automobile Association breakdown service App usability
To report a vehicle breakdown just call phone number +44 330 102 9981
But here's the challenge if you use the smartphone AA App to report a breakdown.

If you select the "Something else" option they are likely to want you to call then to explain what that something else of a breakdown is.
Hardly surprising and if you had selected an option which was listed then you likely wouldn't need to have called them.

Can be a long wait on the phones if their busy. Also not easy to communicate when on the side of an extremely busy motorway.0

I used the AA phone line last year.
After going through the houses, it turned out to be a LOT easier to use the app.
Take a minute or two to set the app up beforehand, then it has all your details in.0
