Automobile Association breakdown service App usability

To report a vehicle breakdown just call phone  number +44 330 102 9981

But here's the challenge if you use the smartphone AA App to report a breakdown. :s

Success :)

So Forum members you may save the the time used in ploughing through the App and just call phone  number +44 330 102 9981

    If you select the "Something else" option they are likely to want you to call then to explain what that something else of a breakdown is.

    Hardly surprising and if you had selected an option which was listed then you likely wouldn't need to have called them.

    Not sure what the question here is? Looks like its just a rant.

    Can be a long wait on the phones if their busy. Also not easy to communicate when on the side of an extremely busy motorway.

    I used the AA phone line last year.

    After going through the houses, it turned out to be a LOT easier to use the app.

    Take a minute or two to set the app up beforehand, then it has all your details in.
