Morning all, I had a late rising this morning but then I was still awake at daft o'clock. I had a lovely time at the hairdressers and was pleased with the results. I had a reshape as I was fed up with the same cut because it always curls and waves and never looks tidy. I helped Mr Fix It do the washing yesterday morning as the sun was shining but had a senior moment when using laundry liquid as a softener 😏, thought it was really thick and I'd only used half the bottle before realising ! Gosh I'm thick too 😂 
Today it's overcast and windy, hopefully it will brighten up as the weatherman is predicting. DD is picking me up at lunchtime to go to a local retail park to have a wander around the shops and I'll look for some deep filled sheets, I didn't know there was such a thing. We'll stop for a coffee too but I will resist any cake, I can't get myself going at the moment so perhaps another hot beverage will help.
I remembered to take the minted lamb chops out of the freezer last night so we'll have those with roasties today and I'll have lots of veg with mine, got to get back on my diet.
Gers hope the birdies return to sit on those eggs and the finger stops throbbing.
TA very strange about the sun king light, maybe it was abducted by aliens !
Camelot hope DD has calmed down today and gets in touch, stress does affect us all in different ways.
Scarlett glad you got to see your family.
taff when you've finished gardening please pop over and sort out my jungle, I keep looking at it and sighing.

Good morning all 

Just back from a short walk. It's sunny but the wind is bitterly cold.

Lunch will be quick and easy, just noodles with chicken and soy and honey sauce. 

Started to clean kitchen cupboards yesterday, seem to be in a bigger mess than when I started.
