Can someone kindly recommend any online business networking groups?

Depending on your sector or geographical location you might be better searching for something more specific, e.g. I'm in one that is specific to our town, as I have more in common with other local businesses than I do with someone on the other side of the country.

Always start local to your location as pramsay13 said, 

Highly recommend joining local Facebook groups example type in the search bar,

ONLINE NETWORKING GROUPS in your locations or near by,

Some suggestions to type, 

1) "Networking groups" in ( your locations )
2) "Marketing Networking groups
3) "Networking meet ups 
4) "Online business and Networking groups"

Etc......

Hope this gives some ideas,

there will be loads of "organisers" just salivating at the idea of you paying them money to attend their group.
You may even find one or two that actually produce networking results
