Hi all, I won a auction for 30 jars of a branded face cream, Paid for the goods and delivery. When the goods came on the 14th March in shrunk warped box there was only 22 jars in the box(8 jars short) I immediately took a pic and sent email to the company pointing out the short delivery, I got no reply, I sent a further email on the 26th March, still no response. On the 16th April I sent- “If I don’t receive a satisfactory response within seven days, you will leave me no option other than to report this matter under the consumer goods act”.
My question is how would I go about making a claim against this company for short delivery? it’s only about £40 + fees in total
TIA

Who is the company? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
It would have been better of you'd consulted Martins advice or asked here about how to proceed. Unfortunately you've quoted Indian legislation which is not relevant in the UK.2 -

Hopefully they are just muddled and not good at admin, but looking at their reviews doesn't give much hope.0
