BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Britain’s Got Talent Series 17 (2024) programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via post and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 19 April 2024. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries online 9.00am on Monday 20 May 2024.  
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below).  All entrants must be contactable on Thursday 23 May, Friday 24 May and Tuesday 28 May 2024.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

 

Prize: 

 

There one prize consisting of two (2) tickets for the winner and one companion to attend the Live Final of Britain’s Got Talent Series 17 at the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre on Sunday 2 June 2024. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. 

 

The prize also includes hotel accommodation for two (2) nights on Saturday 1 June and Sunday 2 June 2024 on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people sharing a double room and travel allowance of £2,000 (two thousand pounds). The travel allowance will be made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize providers of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event the Live Final of Britain’s Got Talent Series 17 does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The prize excludes any transportation meals, drinks and personal expenses (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and travel insurance.
