can the Witness to the LPA,  also be the Certificate Provider,  or do they need to be separate people.  Cant seem to find this confirmation of the Gov site.  Thanks in advance.

The Certificate Provider can be a witness. See Section 9 here: LP12 Make and register your lasting power of attorney: a guide (web version) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
