    I live in military accommodation and Robert Heath have the contract in the area we live in. A gas engineer came out to do a repair job last week and did the annual service at the same time, despite the annual service having only been done in September. He’d been given the work order and didn’t know why it was requested early. Possibly to save time because he was already going to be here for another job. 

    Hopefully your landlord will be more understanding if you write to your MP. As someone else mentioned they have a legal obligation to be accommodating for your medical needs and important medical appointments form part of that. You’ve not denied anyone entry, you’ve offered the times you are available. They need to be more flexible.
