The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of Coolstays, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Coolstays, from all valid entries received by the closing date of midnight on April 30th 2024

The winner will be contacted via the email address they provided in the entry form. If the winner has not responded within 7 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner cannot use the prize as stated.
