Not a helpful comment at all. He's been working 'till last week. He's starting chemo soon and the side effects sound abhorrent.

The first 4 treatments are rough as FXXK.

 Thanks Bigwheels - some helpful suggestions there, the consultant said chemo was going to be very very tough.

It’s everything else that gets you down.
For us , A blood test every 3rd week, then chemo doctor that’s Monday.
Thursday, chemo.
If blood count is low, 2 units of blood, that’s 6-8 hours in a chair.
CT scan every 12 weeks.
Now under, chemotherapy, thyroid clinic, Gastroenterology, Lung clinic, Heart clinic due to blood clot in lung.
Nutrition clinic, 10-15 visits a month.

I’m very impressed with the hospital.
Every time they find something amiss we get another appointment with a specialist.
The only gripe I have is parking at the hospital.
