CCJ and Open account

Hi all,
I have noticed something this morning on my CF and im not sure if its correct (likely is) but just wanted to check.
I had a credit agreement that I went into default with; CCJ issued, payment upfront wasnt going to happen, payment plan proposed by me denied so it went to attachment of earning for less then what I offered so I have been paying this back monthly and all sorted.
On my Credit file I have the CCJ as not satisfied and the balance comes down every month.
On Equifax that's all there is but via Creditwise/transunion it also shows the original credit agreement as open and each month defaulting still. This is what I am unsure of.. surely if its now a CCJ the account should be closed as its open on the CCJ (in my head that makes sense) or is it correct and it will appear twice on file as court item and open credit agreement?
Thanks for reading.

All a county court judgement does is confirm that the court agrees you owe the money to the lender, that`s it.
How your account is displayed on your credit file has absolutely nothing to do with whether a CCJ has been granted or not, they are nothing whatsoever to do with one another.
The credit entry is under "credit agreements" and the judgement entry is in the "public information" section of your file.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
