EDF Smart Meters Problem in Sending or Reading Data

On the EDF website Smart Hub I can see daily readings for gas and leccy, bar charts and everything. However, there is a message which says readings haven't been read since 12th March (leccy, had to give their my own reading) and 12th April (gas). So they are getting the data but are not able to process it in order to generate a statement/bill.

Are they smart enough to see this problem themselves (data flowing in but not used)?
