New MSE credit club says I have opened accounts when I haven't

It says this:   You have 1 thing to work on
You’ve opened a few new accounts recently

You’ve opened three or more new accounts in the past six months.

This is wrong, I haven't opened even one new account.

Bizarrely when I go into the accounts section there are no new accounts.... 

It's not a problem as anything I want is preapproved, but that's not the point...

Going to miss credit club being Experian, and even that was always way behind. This is like Karma/clear score etc....

Not impressed.

The previous MSE credit club was far better than this new one. I did have an account with Noddle/Karma but it was always way out of date so I stopped using it. Shame MSE no longer use Experian.

It certainly was.
The old forum was better too, I still miss it.

I have emailed back and forth with Transunion already and I get nowhere. It is as if they don't read what I have written and just reply with generic nonsense none of which relates to my specific problem.
I have today emailed mse credit club and I really hope they are more helpful.
I don't seem to be able to make anyone understand it is not about issues on the report it is about MSE saying I have opened loads of accounts in the last 6 months when I have not opened any.
I followed your link and again it is not suitable for my problem.
Hoping MSE themselves can be of help. Thanks for your reply.
